3 hectares on the Causse D'Aumelas at an altitude of 300 m (thermal amplitude favouring phenolic ripening). Chalky-clay slopes and sandstone with low fertility, alternating with diaclase sandstone and a layer of clay, allowing good water management, which is essential in this dry climate. Disbudding and green harvesting for a yield of 25 hectolitres/hectare.
70% Grenache and 30% Syrah
Harvested by hand to sort the grapes on the plot and respect the berries as much as possible. Rosé bleeding with temperature control.
4 months in vats
A pale rosé. The nose reveals luscious and fresh raspberry notes. The palate is lively and well-balanced by an aromatic structure.
