Specifications
Box of 6 bottles
70% black Grenache, 25% Syrah and 5% Mourvèdre
Yield of 30 hectolitres/hectare. The grapes are hand-picked to select the best berries. Vinification using separate grape varieties, with a long maceration of 4 weeks and daily punching down and pumping over.
The Grenache and Mourvèdre are aged for 8 months in vats. The Syrah is aged in French oak barrels, punctuated by stirring of the lees. This type of ageing preserves the fruitiness of the Grenache and the body of the Mourvèdre, while the barrels add complexity and length to the Syrah.
The result is an atypical wine, with a plum colour and a pronounced brilliance. The nose is complex, concentrated and rich, evoking notes of ripe fruit, pepper and liquorice. The attack is full and well-balanced, with very fine tannins.
enjoy young for its fruity aromas (3 to 4 years) or for its evolving

Très belle robe, reflets violines. Intense.
