This wine comes from a selection of AOC Languedoc parcels located in the area around the Château Bas d'Aumelas vineyard. The yield is 45 hl/ha.

80% black Grenache and 20% Carignan

The grapes are sorted on their arrival at the winery. The grapes are bled. The juice obtained is cooled and settled.

6 months in vats.

Pale and brilliant, this rosé wine develops an intense nose of peach, grapefruit and raspberry. The palate is full-bodied and of complex aromatic richness with a hint of minerality.
